Cancellation Policy
Clarity Call Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please note the following policies regarding your 30-minute Clarity Call: Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your call once if you are unable to attend at the scheduled time. Please make sure to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled call, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be cancelled. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reschedule if this occurs. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your call, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Our goal is to provide the best service possible, and these policies help ensure that everyone has a positive and respectful experience.
