Cancellation Policy

Academy Enrollment & Refund Policy 1. No-Refund Policy All enrollments in the KCL Academy are final. Due to immediate access to proprietary digital materials, all payments are non-refundable, except under the specific "Early Exit" clause (Section 4). 2. Participation & Results Disclaimer The Academy provides the tools for success; however, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on individual dedication and consistent application. Progress is directly tied to your level of active participation. 3. Proof of Participation To be eligible for consideration regarding program fit, students must demonstrate Complete Participation, defined as: Completion of all worksheets and assignments for Modules 1 & 2. Attendance or documented viewing of all coaching calls to date. Active engagement within the community platform. 4. Instructor-Initiated "Early Exit" Refund If, by the completion of Module 2, the instructor deems a student is not ready for this level of service—despite the student demonstrating Complete Participation (Section 3)—the instructor may, at their discretion, terminate enrollment and issue a pro-rated refund for remaining months. 5. 90-Day Absolute Limit No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued after 90 days from enrollment. After this period, the student remains responsible for the full balance, including all remaining installments. 6. Consent to Recording & Media Release By participating, you agree to the following regarding live sessions: Recording Disclosure: You understand that group coaching calls and workshops are recorded for the benefit of all students and company use. Grant of Rights: You grant the Academy a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your voice and likeness captured in recordings for any company purpose, including marketing and social media. Privacy: To opt-out of visual representation in marketing, keep your camera off; however, chat or audio participation falls under this agreement once shared.
