Cancellation Policy

Vision to Execution Series | Service Policy & Terms Last Updated: [Date] Welcome to the Vision to Execution Series (KCLS 1:1). By booking your spot, you agree to the mutual commitments outlined below to ensure a successful partnership. 1. Booking & Payments Securing Your Spot: Partnership is confirmed only upon receipt of the first payment (Payment Plan) or full payment (Founder's Rate). Payment Plans: If selecting the monthly option, you authorize an automatic charge of $597 USD every 30 days for 3 consecutive months. Failed Payments: Access to the Dashboard, Voxer, and sessions will be paused immediately upon payment failure. A 5-day grace period is provided to update details before the agreement is considered in default. Currency: All prices are in USD. 2. Refund Policy Commitment is Currency. As this partnership involves high-level strategy and immediate access to intellectual property: All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" due to the time-intensive nature of 1:1 consulting and digital asset delivery. The "Good Fit" Guarantee: If, after Session 01 (Alignment & Audit), we mutually agree this partnership is not the right fit, we may—at our sole discretion—offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining 5 sessions. 3. Scheduling & Cancellations To maintain the momentum of the 12-week arc: 24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows (absent 15 minutes past start), are forfeited and deducted from your total. Session Validity: All 6 sessions must be used within 14 weeks of your start date. Unused sessions expire after this period. 4. Communication (Voxer) Hours: Support is available Mon–Thu, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Response Time: We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Scope: Use Voxer for strategic pivots, asset feedback, and spiritual support. Complex structural changes requiring screen-sharing should be reserved for bi-weekly calls. 5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Your Data: Your business data and ideas are held in strict confidence and will not be shared without consent. Our Framework: The "Vision to Execution" framework and templates are proprietary. You are licensed to use them for your business but may not resell or teach them as your own product. 6.
